BizCosplay

So I haven't updated this in forever ... anyways here we go!

If you don't go any farther ... I am a cosplayer, sfx nerd, geek and funko pop addict!

Let's see ... I am a cosplayer that nowadays goes by the handles BizCozplay or BizLaChizCosplay. I consider myself to mainly be a modifier/prop maker; although I have attempted to sew my cosplays from scratch, I usually end up purchasing similar pieces and modifying them to fit my needs. For my Levi cosplay about four years ago, I undertook the task of making the 3D maneuver gear and I absolutely loved the process of making the prop. Since then I have pretty much enjoyed making my own props or collaborating on props with my friends. We do work mainly with foam but am learning about other methods as well. I personally think it would be great if one day I could be good enough to make props for people to purchase and use for their cosplays.

Over the last few years, I have developed an interest for sfx makeup and have attempted numerous looks through various challenges and cosplay. I am definitely a newbie at all things special effects and most of the time go into a look without any idea what I am doing. However, it is something I have found that I enjoy.

I definitely love the concept of being a chameleon, becoming some one else or playing a character for a moment in time. I guess it was bound to happen and stems a little from my dancing career as well. I actively taught dance and preformed in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary and hip hop until about three years ago.

Just a last few things, as you can see I am a little obsessed with Funko Pop Vinyls and giving them little photoshoots Anyway my collection is currently 600+ funko pops ... one day I'll have a photo of every single one.
